British menswear label Lyle & Scott teamed up with creative agency White Label and presents its first collection of the fall/winter season 2013/14 with a very special intro: "An Ode to Tartan". It's a visual catching and thought-provoking short film that reminds us of the cult status of the Scottish traditional brand. The film combines impressions of Glasgow with pictures of the idyllic Hawicks, the birth place of Lyle & Scott, and takes the viewer onto a journey to the heart of the brand. The screenplay has been written by legendary Scottish broadcaster Stuart Cosgrove and is poetic and emotional - a love letter to the ethos of Lyle & Scott.

Furthermore Lyle & Scott cooperated with Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design during this year's 'Wool Week' in England. The renowned college gave it's students the possibility to design a wool sweater for Lyle & Scott. The award-winning design by student Kate Annis will be available exclusively in the new Lyle & Scott flagship store on Carnaby Street as well as online on shortly relaunched website of the label.
