VACCI Fall/Winter 2011/12

Valeria Villarreal, the designer behind Mexican label VACCI, created a fall/winter 2011/12 collection that was inspired by 15 year-old fashion blogger Tavi Gevinson and is therefore named 'ROOKIETAVI'. VACCI gives a serious and mature twist to this inspiration without losing the playfulness and lightness the label is known for. The key garments of the collection are waist-pencil skirts, boyfriend-cut jackets, sweaters, buttoned-sweaters, fall-comfy blouses, short wool dresses and long casual dresses. The pieces come with details like draped collars, openings in elbows and shoulders, 3/4" long sleeves, use of different textiles in front and back and rectangular and inverted triangle silhouettes. Black, white, light and dark grey, earthy tones, beige, electric and navy blue, cherry and brownish-green make up the colour palette. Below are some photos of the collection, for more visit notjustalabel.com/vacci. If you like to place an order please send it to contacto@vacci.com.mx, worldwide shipping service is offered.
