Marshall Headphones On the Road - Pyro Pete and the KISS Army‏

On the Road is a 12-piece documentary series produced by VICE and Marshall Headphones. On the Road celebrates the nomadic rock'n'roll lifestyle and pays tribute to the heroes behind the scenes. The first part of the series has been presented by Jesse Hughes and Tim Harrington guides us through the second part now. In 'Pyro Pete and the Kiss Army' Tim Harrington meets one of the most famous men behind the stages of rock'n'roll, Pyro Pete. Pete is pyrotechnician and has already set things on fire for KISS, The Rolling Stones, AC/DC, Iron Maiden and Mötley Crüe. Pyro Pete is showing Tim his studio which is full of props from KISS concerts and recalls the time when Gene Simmons called him up on stage and yelled at him. Aside from that he presents Tim the bazooka that KISS drummer Eric used and recalls in a funny way how Blacky Lawless' (W.A.S.P.) fly exploded so that he had to leave the stage prematurely.
