Woolrich Arctic Parka Special Edition for 14 oz.

Exclusively for the 14 oz. store in Berlin Woolrich the oldest outerwear brand of the USofA created a limited edition of 600 pcs of their legendary Arctic Parka. It comes in five new colours and is for the first time made of Byrd Cloth. Karl-Heinz Müller who's the owner of 14 oz. declares the Arctic Parka a classic and must-have for every winter. Woolrich has been founded in 1830 by John Rich and his brothers and stands for functional and timeless jackets. The symbiosis of tradition and modern spirit, of long-lasting products and robust materials originate the huge success of the brand. The Arctic Parka was originally developed for workers building a pipeline from Alaska to North America in 1972 and protects you of extreme wind, ongoing blizzards and temperatures down to -40° Celcius - then, as now. The Arctic Parka made of Byrd Cloth is a homage to the reliable functionality of the Woolrich classic - and now based on the true to original reproduction of the rediscovered material Byrd Cloth takes the next step. The Arctic Parka is Made in Italy with the highest demands to quality and available exclusively at the 14 oz. store. It comes in bottle green, bright yellow, royal blue, burnt orange and dark navy with an ongoing numbering on the shared Woolrich and 14 oz. label which makes each parka a unique collectors piece. The Arctic Parka will be in store from the beginning of July 2011 on. Visit
